Yves is has 35 years of corporate finance and investment experience in the energy, transport and logistic, with a strong focus on sustainable finance and carbon credits. He had previously executive functions in oil & gas, renewable energy, trading and shipping companies.

 

He implemented assets acquisition, mergers, investment funds, structured & syndicated credit facilities, leasing, export credit, as well as equity raise. He developed various partnerships and governmental cooperations.

 

Yves is specialized in renewable and traditional energy, from upstream to downstream including logistic, trade finance and shipping.

 

He worked previously with Massoel Shipping, Fair Energy, Lukoil group, and BNP Paribas.

Yves holds an MBA from Thunderbird University, Phoenix in the USA, a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Geneva in Switzerland and a certificate in Sustainable Investing from Harvard University
